Session management

Command	Description
`/new`	Start a new session
`/resume`	Open the session picker
`/fork`	Edit an earlier user message in a forked session
`/clone`	Duplicate the current session
`/tree`	Navigate the session tree
`/name <name>`	Set the session display name
`/session`	Session info and token stats
`/compact [prompt]`	Compact context; optional guidance for the summary
`/export [path]`	Export the session to JSONL or HTML
`/import <path>`	Import a JSONL session
`/copy`	Copy the last assistant message

Model and provider

Command	Description
`/login [soket\|openrouter\|openai\|custom]`	Connect a provider. With no argument, opens the picker
`/logout <provider>`	Disconnect a provider
`/model [provider/model]`	Open the picker, or switch directly
`/scoped-models`	Models included in `Ctrl+P` cycling

/login soket asks for an API key. Sign up at console.soket.ai and create one there. /login custom asks for a display name, a base URL (for example http://localhost:11434/v1), and an optional API key. The endpoint is saved in global settings and its models are listed from /v1/models.

Tools and extensions

Command	Description
`/skills`	Open the enable/disable picker (space or Enter toggles)
`/skills list`	Show every discovered skill and its state (`ls`)
`/skills enable <name>`	Enable a skill (`on`). Saved in `disabledSkills`
`/skills disable <name>`	Hide a skill from the model and from `/skill:` (`off`)
`/skill:<name> [args]`	Activate a skill until `/new`. Extra text goes into the input
`/<template> [args]`	Run a prompt template from `prompts/`

MCP

Command	Description
`/mcp`	Open the enable/disable picker. See MCP
`/mcp list`	Show each configured server and its state (`ls`). Ctrl+O lists tools
`/mcp reload`	Reconnect enabled servers
`/mcp enable <name>`	Connect a server (`on`). Saved in `disabledMcpServers`
`/mcp disable <name>`	Disconnect a server and drop its tools (`off`)
`/mcp login <name>`	Browser OAuth for a remote `url` server
`/mcp logout <name>`	Delete saved tokens and disconnect

Feature-gated commands

These commands are absent unless Loop was built with the feature.

/workflow streams a card per task. Ctrl+O expands task output. A final line reports completed, failed, and total counts. See Multi-agent and Tracing.

Sandbox options

/sandbox local with no flags is full isolation on runc. --gvisor is an alias for --runsc.

If the runtime’s dependencies are missing, Loop prints install hints and leaves the sandbox off.

The shell command loop version prints the version. There is no /version slash command.

Local shell

! is not a slash command. It runs on the host, shows output in the transcript, and is not sent to the model:
